PETROFEST was the biggest annual event held by SPE Java Section cooperating with SPE Student Chapter to succed this event. This year, PETROFEST is organized by SPE Universitas Indonesia Student Chapter.
We create this platform for undergraduate engineering student to apply their knowledge to tackle Indonesia's energy problems

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
1. Pre-Registration Fee
The participants have to pay pre-registration fee IDR 150,000/team to join the competition in
Petrofest 2019 (for Oil Rig Design Competition, Case Study Competition, and Paper Competition). For
Petrosmart Competition, the participants MUST HAVE to pay full payment before filling out the
registration form.
- Pre-Registration Fee have to be paid before:Batch I : July 31st 2019Batch II : September 7th 2019
2. Registration Fee
If your team selected to go to the finals, the full payment has to be done before October 21
st
, 2019.
The amount of registration fee is divided into 2 batch which will be based on:
- Batch 1 (July 15th, 2019 – July 31st, 2019)Transportation and Accomodation provided: IDR 500,000 per personTransportation only (no accommodation provided): IDR 400,000 per person
- Batch 2 (August 1st, 2019 – September 7th, 2019)Transportation and Accomodation provided: IDR 550,000 per personTransportation only (no accommodation provided): IDR 450,000 per person
- Each member of a team must purchase the same kind of package provided above
- Payment have to be done before the deadline by transferring to:Account Number : 0749831434Bank Name : BNIBeneficiary Name : Raisa Aulia Hanifah
- Submit the payment receipt to the link that will be given during the registration process
- No refund after receiving confirmation e-mail as official delegates of Petrofest 2019
- Payment have to be paid in FULL AMOUNT. Other method of payment (credit card, etc) will not be accepted
- Official delegates will be announced via Petrofest 2019 official accounts, and directly to the participants’ email
